The Pure Diaper is certified by SGS (700+ restricted substance tests), Dermatest® for Sensitive Skin, Sedex, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
What harmful chemicals is The Pure Diaper free from?
It is SGS-verified and certified free from 12 harmful chemical groups: chlorine, parabens, fragrance, PFAS, dioxins, natural rubber latex, formaldehyde, migratory fluorescent agents, heavy metals,acrylamide, phthalates, and decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes.
How long can The Pure Diaper last before needing a change?
The Pure Diaper is designed for up to 14 hours of leak protection, powered by the CLOUDEX™ Core System. Note that urine amount varies.
Is it suitable for hot and humid weather?
Yes. The Pure Diaper features a Micro-Vent breathable design with billions of micro-pores that promote airflow to keep baby’s skin cool, fresh, and dry — especially suited for Malaysia’s climate.
Does the tape diaper have an umbilical cut-out?
Yes. The tape style features a gentle umbilical cut-out specially designed to protect the delicate umbilical area during healing.
Does the pants diaper leave marks on baby’s waist?
No. The pants style uses a Bubble Belt waistband — a soft bubble-textured design that sits gently at the waist without leaving redness marks.

3 years from date of manufacture.
Silky Flush Wipes
Are the Silky Flush Wipes truly flushable?
Yes. Silky Flush Wipes are IWSFG (PAS1:2020) certified — the international standard for flushability. They have passed toilet and drain-line clearance tests, 30-minute slosh box disintegration, settling performance in wastewater systems, and 28-day anaerobic biodisintegration. Safe for both sewer and septic systems.
How quickly do the wipes break down after flushing?
They are designed to disperse in under 30 minutes after flushing, similar to toilet paper.
Are the wipes plastic-free?
Yes. Silky Flush Wipes are made from FSC-certified, 100% plant-based fibers with no plastic content.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The wipes are formulated with EDI-purified water and dermatologically tested under COLIPA standards — proven mild and well tolerated, including for sensitive skin. They are also unscented
How big are the wipes?
Each wipe measures 20cm × 19.1cm and weighs 80gsm — larger and thicker than most wipes on the market.
What pack sizes are available?
Available in 56s per pack and 18s per pack.
What certifications does Silky Flush carry?
IWSFG (flushability), FSC (sustainable plant fiber), and SGS.
What are the ingredients?
Aqua (Water), Gluconolactone, Sodium Citrate, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Pentylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
What is the shelf life?
2 years unopened. Once opened, use within 3 months.
Return, Exchange & Product Claim Policy
Return Eligibility
Customers are strongly encouraged to try the complimentary trial pack first before opening the full diaper packs. Only eligible unopened diaper packs may be exchanged or claimed.
Size Exchange for The Pure Diaper
- The complimentary trial pack should be used to test fit before opening any full diaper packs.
- Opened diaper packs, trial packs, wipes, limited-edition merchandise, complimentary items, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, Hoppi may offer store credit based on the eligible returned diaper packs only.
Physical Defects
Physical defects refer to manufacturing or delivery-related issues such as torn diaper packs, torn wipes packs, broken lids, or other visible product damage.
- Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must contact Hoppi Customer Care and provide the order number, product photos, batch details, and any other supporting information reasonably requested by Hoppi.
- If the claim is validated, Hoppi may arrange for the collection of the affected item(s). If the customer is unavailable for the arranged collection, the customer may be required to arrange return delivery at their own cost.
- For approved claims, Hoppi may provide either replacement product(s) of equivalent value or Hoppi store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided.
Leakage, Rash or Product Performance Concerns
Claims relating to leakage, rash, discomfort, or other product performance concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must provide relevant supporting information, which may include order details, product photos or videos, batch information, and a brief description of the issue experienced.
- Hoppi reserves the right to investigate the claim and request the return of any affected product(s) for review.
- If the claim is approved, Hoppi may provide replacement product(s) of equivalent value or Hoppi store credit for the affected product(s) only. Cash refunds will not be provided.
